Keeping Your Site Safe and Compliant
We design and build custom misting and fogging systems that drive dust suppression networks on mines, quarries, haul roads, and processing facilities. Built to keep working in the harsh Southern African conditions.
The Challenge
Dust is a safety problem, a compliance problem, and a productivity problem, all at the same time
Airborne dust on a mining or construction site is not just unpleasant. It is a health risk for your people, a fire risk in dry conditions, and a regulatory liability if your suppression measures are not up to scratch. Getting it under control means having a suppression network that delivers consistent pressure and droplet size across every nozzle, even the ones furthest from the pump.
A lot of standard suppression equipment is built for milder conditions and falls apart quickly in the heat, the dust load, and the remote locations that come with Southern African operations. You end up maintaining it more than using it.
WHAT JETRITE DOES
Designed for the conditions, not the catalogue
We design and build the pump system that drives your dust suppression network. That includes the pump set, the pressure and flow controls, the filtration to protect your nozzles, and the outlet connections to your distribution pipework. This includes fogging arrays for crusher stations, conveyor transfer points, processing plants, and haul roads, using nozzle configurations and pump sets that give you consistent droplet size and coverage without wasting water.
Getting us involved at the design stage is worth doing. The pump system specification affects the pressure available at the furthest nozzle, the filtration requirements, and the power and water supply needed. Sorting that before the network is laid out avoids rework later.
